Assistant Manager of Fluid Maintenance

Position Overview: As the Assistant Manager of Fluid Maintenance, your role within our organization encompasses the following:

Leadership and Management:

  • Oversee and manage the portfolio of service providers (activity distribution, etc.)

Technical Expertise:

  • Ensure compliance of installations and assets within the store according to applicable regulations.
  • Plan, commit, coordinate, and monitor maintenance actions and projects (operational and budgetary).
  • Coordinate the efforts of various stakeholders and partners.
  • Organize and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment while adhering to quality, cost, and time constraints.
  • Identify improvement opportunities for equipment to enhance availability, capacity, and performance.

Monitoring, Reporting, and Oversight:

  • Track indicators and associated action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and safety conditions.
  • Maintain effective relationships with external maintenance providers and identify new service providers that meet our high standards (competence, responsiveness, etc.).
  • Continuously improve service quality and store operations through tools, indicators, and action plans.
