Job Title: Performance Optimization Engineer H/F
SUEZ IWT is seeking a Performance Optimization Engineer H/F to enhance their team. In this role, you will oversee assigned industrial water projects and associated operations, ensuring effective management across various levels, with a strong emphasis on QHSE standards and internal collaboration within the IWS Group.
- Support operators during the initiation of new contracts
- Offer technical assistance for site-related challenges
- Spot and propose optimization initiatives
- Execute site evaluations and training sessions
- Create and refine operational tools and protocols
- Guide maintenance and operational teams
- Collaborate with subcontractors
- Comply with QHSE management protocols
- Incorporate QHSE principles into project workflows
The ideal candidate will possess a technical foundation in process chemistry or water management, with at least 5 years of industry experience. This position involves regular national travel.
