Senior Medical Director, Medical Asset Lead Neurotoxin Pipeline

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the Neurotoxin Asset Medical Strategy to ensure timely achievement of the Asset's objectives.
- Lead the Neurotoxin Asset Team and delegate appropriate Neurotoxin Sub-teams, including the Medical Affairs Sub-Team.
- Define the Asset strategy to maximize value, including leading the creation and communication of integrated evidence generation plans.
- Lead the strategy for Scientific Communication Planning, including congresses and publications.
- Contribute to the Asset TPP/TVP and add proactive value to the Clinical Development Team and plans through deep medical insights.
- Lead Early Access Strategic Planning, Medical Education, and HCP Training strategic planning, and generate ideas for Lifecycle Management.
- Ensure alignment prior to AT meetings with functions and manage global asset medical studies and programs, including performance, safety, and GCP compliance.
- Work with the Head of GMA Neuroscience to develop annual medical affairs strategic and tactical plans based on product and disease state.
- Build the Asset budget and 5YP plan and ensure optimal execution, and foster Patient Engagement throughout the value chain.
- Drive and manage all medical affairs activities for Neurotoxin indications in close collaboration with global and local medical affairs and cross-functional teams.
To be considered for this role, you must have an advanced Clinical/Science degree (ideally MD) coupled with extensive experience in Neuroscience (ideally Neurotoxin) developing and executing medical/scientific strategies and plans, demonstrating a value-add capability and mindset. You will be a strong and committed leader with a track record in managing high-performing teams, both operationally and strategically, with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
