Job Title: Controlling ManagerAt Atos, we are seeking a highly skilled Controlling Manager to join our finance team focused on the public sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for our public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of financial analysts responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for public sector clients.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to senior management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Coordinate with department heads to gather input for budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide recommendations to optimize business performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and accounting standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of controlling processes.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Accounting, Sales, and Operations, to support cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- More than 10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and controlling roles, preferably in a multinational corporation or professional services firm.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance through insightful analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead and develop a team of financial professionals.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
