Your Role:
- Lead and coordinate projects focused on enhancing our HR systems infrastructure.
- Organize and facilitate committees dedicated to developing and improving HR system solutions.
- Gather and consolidate HR department requirements for system enhancements and upgrades.
- Contribute to the creation of detailed specifications for new functionalities and integrations.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Your Expertise:
