About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Guidewire Developer to join our team. As a Guidewire Developer, you will be responsible for implementing Guidewire Insurance Suite solutions for international clients. You will work closely with our clients as an active member of an agile project team and contribute to the creation of solutions that empower businesses and individuals alike.
About the Skills and ToolsYou will use Guidewire Insurance Suite, Java, Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, IntelliJ Idea, SoapUI, H2, MSSQL, Oracle, XML, Xpath, Gosu, and other tools and technologies. You will also have the opportunity to continuously expand your skill set and navigate complex challenges.
About the RequirementsYou need a Master's degree in IT or equivalent and at least 2 years of commercial experience as a software developer, preferably in Java. You should have experience with the Guidewire platform, Java, and Gosu. You should also have a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices.
About the WishesNice to have: Guidewire certificates, fluency in French or German, demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a supportive yet challenging environment, experience with Guidewire Digital Portals, front-end technologies knowledge, eagerness to learn about new technologies and solutions, willingness to travel regularly, and any of the following: Web services (REST/SOAP), Microservices, JMS knowledge, Spring, or any similar hands-on experience.
