Leasys, a joint venture between Stellantis and Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance, offers mobility solutions for long-term car leasing to professionals, ensuring efficient, rational, safe, and sustainable mobility. With a strong presence in 11 European countries, Leasys is a pioneer in a new concept of fluid, integrated, and global mobility, designed for individuals, professionals, and businesses of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to increase sales and market share
  • Ensure the achievement of sales volume and margin targets
  • Contribute to the development of Leasys' market share among key clients
  • Ensure customer satisfaction on assigned client portfolio
Objectives
  • Sign new contracts with key clients
  • Meet sales targets for long-term car leasing
  • Ensure high subscription rates for services and products
Activities
  • Identify and prospect key clients to prioritize in the assigned portfolio
  • Respond to and support international long-term car leasing tenders launched by prospects and clients
  • Act as the client's commercial reference for Leasys
  • Coordinate client relationships with Leasys' various services
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts and financial protocols with clients
  • Deploy signed agreements with the DVN network
  • Develop Leasys' performance by animating key clients' main subsidiaries
  • Analyze and follow up on commercial results for the assigned portfolio
  • Pilot Business Reviews with clients
  • Be proactive in presenting Leasys' services and products to clients

While ensuring:

  • A strong presence on the ground (at least 2 days a week)
  • Being a force for improvement within the company
  • Respecting deontology rules in accordance with Leasys' defined policy
  • Having an Orientation Satisfaction Client: collecting and responding to the needs of the final client
  • Accompanying the network in its relationship with the final client
Required Skills
  • Mastering long-term car leasing B2B (offers/services)
  • Mastering commercial regulations
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Ability to propose solutions
  • Ability to translate difficulties into action plans and follow up
  • Mastering IT tools oriented towards commerce
Language

Fluency in English is required
