Job Summary

Paris Habitat is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Secrétaire d'accueil (Front Desk Coordinator). This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and partners in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails, and maintain accurate records.
  • Agenda Management: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Information Relay: Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including directors, management, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess a strong command of the French language and excellent communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
