Job Summary
Paris Habitat is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and partners in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages, and maintain accurate records.
- Agenda Management: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Information Relay: Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including directors, management, and external partners.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Organizational Abilities: Demonstrate a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
