Vous rejoindrez l'équipe de Samira, notre Directrice Commerciale, en tant que Contract Manager H/F pour notre client spécialisé dans le domaine du nucléaire.

Vos Missions

Vous serez rattaché(e) à la Direction de notre client chargée d'assurer le service public de l'électricité dans les zones non interconnectées (Corse, Guadeloupe, Guyane, Martinique, Ile de la Réunion, Saint-Pierre et Miquelon et Iles du Ponant). Cette Direction souhaite sécuriser par des prestations de contract management des contrats à enjeux nationaux dans les domaines de la production et de la maitrise de l'énergie.

Appui à la Préparation des Marchés
  • Proposer et définir les exigences et mécanismes contractuels,
  • Participer à la réalisation de l'analyse de risques pré-contractuelle détaillée
  • Participer à la rédaction de la revue des exigences en lien avec les prescripteurs, le projets et les achats,
  • Contribuer à la vérification de la cohérence entre les différentes pièces du contrat.
Appui au Pilotage de l'Exécution des Marchés
  • Analyser les risques et opportunités contractuelle (SWOT)
  • Renseigner, mettre à jour et piloter les outils de pilotage et indicateurs contractuels
  • Produire des livrables contractuels opéationnels
  • Veiller à la clôture des contrats, des ordres d'exécution qui les composent
Collecte et Analyse du REX

Vous rejoindrez une équipe expérimentée dans le domaine du nucléaire, avec plus de 55 ans d'expérience. Vous bénéficierez d'un socle social avantageux, d'un institut de formation dédié au project management et de nombreuses opportunités de carrières.

Profil

Vos Atouts et les Prérequis pour Résoudre

  • Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5 ou issu d'une école d'ingénieur, vous justifiez de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la gestion de contrats, sur des projets industriels.
  • Vos connaissances en contrats FIDIC ne sont plus à démontrer et vous maitrisez les mécanismes contractuels basiques (Marchés Publics, Marchés Privés, CPA/CGA,...)
  • Vous êtes analytique, agile, rigoureux(se), proactif(ve), orienté(e) client et passionné(e) par le monde du projet
  • Vous comprenez l'exigence liée à la posture « Consulting / Conseil »
