Job Description

The purpose of this role is to drive business growth through effective digital marketing strategies, focusing on student acquisition and brand positioning.

This involves constant collaboration with partners to achieve set targets in sales and brand awareness across various digital channels, including online media, SEO, SEM, displays, affiliate programmes, and social media.

  • Implement and manage campaigns for new student recruitment through local agencies, utilizing multiple digital channels to generate leads and enhance conversion rates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand presence through various marketing initiatives, events, and activities to increase recognition and engagement.
  • Support sales and admission-related promotional activities, engaging with key agency figures and external consultants (PR, web agencies) at a local level.
  • Analyse CRM data to identify opportunities for improvement, planning and implementing initiatives to boost conversion rates and lead-to-enrolled ratios.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of websites, landing pages, and online materials to ensure they effectively support marketing efforts.
  • Manage and control the annual online marketing budget, providing regular reports and recommending improvements to business leaders.
  • Monitor competitors' online communications and positioning to provide timely intelligence reports.
