Customer Aircraft Definition Solution Architect

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our Commercial Aircraft business team in Toulouse, France.
As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate with the Customer Aircraft Definition team to deliver solutions supporting the Definition and Fulfillment of Customer Order process.
This role is part of the IM Product Customer A/C Definition department, where Agility, Empowerment, and Collaboration are our core values.

As a successful candidate, you will support the product team as a Solution Architect and be responsible for defining the direction for future IT Products & Services, validating product designs, and delivering the highest quality solutions via cutting-edge technologies.
Your challenges:
- Act as a visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for future IT Products & Services and validates product designs.
- Collaborate with other Architects to deliver the highest quality solutions via cutting-edge technologies.
- Define models, including solution patterns, to guide solution decisions.
- Participate in all phases of the application development life cycle, including research and design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
- Align architecture strategy with the organization's business goals and long-term strategic planning for the organization's Information systems.
- Perform technical/functional design of the application and infrastructure components of a new solution according to the defined functional design.
- Provide expertise on Business processes, change management transformation, function improvement, and technology enablement for Business processes reengineering and supports architects during projects.
Your qualifications:
- Architect experience (functional and technical)
- Knowledge on Customer activities (Airline, MROs, Lessors, etc.) and Customer Services will be well appreciated
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and present them to stakeholders management
- Team Player and collaborative mind-set
- Advanced level in French and negotiation level in English
