About the Role

AWS EMEA SARL (France Branch) - G48 is seeking a skilled Cloud Operations Architect to join our team. As a Cloud Operations Architect, you will be responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. You will interact with leading companies and believe that world-class support is critical to customer success.

Key Responsibilities

* Craft and execute strategies to drive our customers' adoption and use of AWS services
* Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices
* Proactively keep your customers' AWS environments operationally healthy
* Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges
* Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management

Basic Qualifications

* 3 + years experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, Cloud Architect etc.
* Understand operational parameters and troubleshooting for a combination of the following: Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, Applications Development
* Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience with the ability to clearly articulate to small and large audiences
* English and French Speaking Language Required
