Job Title: Architect Software F/H

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated technologist to join our team as a Software Architect. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovate and scale architectural best practices around building and operating Automotive and Manufacturing strategic workloads.
  • Collaborate with customers, develop content, and enable the wider community to adopt the AWS portfolio of services and solutions for Automotive and Manufacturing customers.
  • Enhance your knowledge around IoT, ML, Generative AI, Analytics, and leverage this expertise to guide customers.
  • Share recommendations around security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency to accelerate key projects with our customers.
  • Articulate customer needs by synthesizing observations from customer engagements and market trends.
  • Implement or document cloud-native reference architectures for a variety of use cases.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in infrastructure and application architecture, DevOps, or software engineering.
  • Technical experience within the Automotive or Manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automotive, Manufacturing or related field of study, or 8+ years of related work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges.
  • Ability to connect technology with measurable business value.
  • Open to traveling up to 50% domestic and international.
