Cainiao Group is seeking a talented individual to join our Logistics Operation team in Paris. As an intern, you will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of our logistics business, working closely with professionals to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve the efficiency of the delivery process, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively;
- Approach data analysis, problem-solving, and solution design with a customer-centric focus;
- Establish a network of global connections, collaborating with colleagues on day-to-day tasks and special events;
- Work with regional managers and personnel to learn all aspects of operations related to our business;
Requirements
- Associate degree or above, open to all majors (priority given to those studying Logistics/Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering), and expected to graduate in 2024 or 2025;
- Strong desire to learn, with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
- Lively personality, able to react quickly in a constantly changing environment and work under pressure;
- Exceptional data analysis skills, capable of independent data analysis and proposing data-driven solutions;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the local language, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred;
- Availability for an offline internship for more than two months;
