Your Role: Industrial Logistics Operations Manager
As an Industrial Logistics Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating our operational teams to ensure seamless and efficient logistics processes. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the supply chain, from receiving goods to delivery, while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and support a team of logistics professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Operational Planning & Execution: Develop and implement efficient work schedules, considering absenteeism and activity forecasts to optimize resource allocation.
- Human Resources Management: Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, performance reviews, training programs, and employee development.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant social, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Logistics Flow Management: Manage the entire logistics process, from receiving goods to delivery, ensuring accurate documentation, inventory control, and timely order fulfillment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify trends, address anomalies, and improve overall operational performance.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of all logistics equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Policy Implementation: Enforce company policies related to Safety, Quality, Environment, and Social Responsibility across all operations.
- Risk Management & Opportunity Identification: Conduct regular risk assessments and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
