Job Title: Painter (M/W)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Painter (M/W) to join our team at MECAPROTEC Industries. As a Painter (M/W), you will be responsible for ensuring the assembly and painting of elementary parts, primarily in primary protection or finish painting.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the assembly and painting of elementary parts in a controlled environment.
- Verify parts and collect necessary elements for execution.
- Write and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with team members and management on abnormalities and propose solutions.
- Follow environmental cabin conditions (hygrometry, temperature).
Requirements:
- Experience in painting and assembly of elementary parts.
- Knowledge of painting techniques in aeronautics.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
Work 35 hours per week in an alternating team, including night shifts.
Competences:
- Logistic organization skills.
- Manual labor skills.
- Precision and application.
- Reading and interpretation of plans.
Recruitment Conditions:
- Experienced persons: unsolicited application.
- Beginner: training courses in alternation (contract of professionalisation young person or adult).
