Job Title: Painter (M/W)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Painter (M/W) to join our team at MECAPROTEC Industries. As a Painter (M/W), you will be responsible for ensuring the assembly and painting of elementary parts, mainly of plane in primary protection or in painting of finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the assembly and painting of elementary parts in accordance with quality standards.
  • Work in a suppression cabin (6m x 4m) to ensure a controlled environment.
  • Perform the last operation on parts before stamping and assembling at the customer place.

Requirements:

  • Experience in painting and assembly of parts.
  • Ability to work in a controlled environment.
  • Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
  • Good communication skills.

Working Conditions:

Work 35 hours per week in an alternated team, including night shifts.

Competences:

  • Logistic organization skills.
  • Manual labor skills.
  • Precision and application.
  • Ability to follow environment cabin (hygrometry, temperature).
  • Communication skills.
  • Reading and interpretation of plans.
  • Knowledge of painting techniques in aeronautics.

  • Beginner: training courses in alternation (contract of professionalisation young person or adult) preparing for the Approved Title and for the Certificate of Qualification equal of the Metal industry of industrial and aeronautical Painter are regularly organized in the company(society) in partnership with.
