As a Marketing Director - Transit Services, you will play a key role in defining and leading the implementation of the marketing plan, driving market intelligence, and ensuring the promotion and communication of the product and services portfolio. Your expertise in sales management and marketing will be essential in achieving Transit Services Group Order Intake and leading innovation processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining and leading the implementation of the marketing plan
  • Driving market intelligence (customer needs, competition watch, market trends)
  • Defining the product/services go-to-market in alignment with services global commercial strategy, regions, and product management
  • Achieving Transit Services Group Order Intake
  • Leading innovation process
  • Leading customer watch process and customer profiles/mapping updates
  • Driving the Transit Services Group Sales process improvement and CRM implementation
  • Animating Services sales community in the regions, ensuring best practices sharing and common processes
  • Defining customer experience (tools, processes...) according to customer segmentation
  • Providing inputs to Product Management and R&D in respect of market expectations
  • Owning the Product Line Sales & Marketing budget (including central and local budgets)
  • Monitoring the market opportunities and tender's pipeline engaging with and supporting the regions to maximize orders

Location:

Europe, with easy access/vicinity to any of our sites in France, Italy, Spain, Germany, United Kingdom.
