Job Title: Butchery Chef - Meat Preparation Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Butchery Chef to join our team at Accor. As a Butchery Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meat products to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present meat products to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain the highest levels of sanitation and hygiene in the butcher shop.
- Ensure that all meat products are stored and handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
- Train and supervise junior staff members to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties to the highest standards.
Requirements:
- Senior High School, Hotel School or Tourism Academy qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Demi Chef in a reputable establishment.
- Good communication skills in English (oral and writing).
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of physical fitness.
