Job Description

Idal Agence Immobiliere is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business strategy and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
