ACTION LOGEMENT is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties in Avignon.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of approximately 400 units across various locations. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:
- Marketing & Tenant Relations: Actively participate in marketing initiatives for properties and parking spaces. Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs efficiently, providing clear information and guidance to both current and prospective tenants.
- Financial Management & Property Care: Assist with rent collection processes and ensure vacant properties are maintained to a high standard. Contribute to property maintenance and technical management, addressing tenant complaints and repairs promptly and effectively.
- Sustainability & Community Engagement: Contribute to sustainability initiatives within our portfolio. Assess housing adaptations for tenants, ensuring their needs are met. Foster positive relationships with tenants in need and actively participate in community social activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual with a proven track record in property management within the social housing sector. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Familiarity with Ulis software is a valuable asset.
This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday work schedule.
