**WHAT DO WE OFFER ?**:
Reporting to the Group Director for Industrial Real Estate, the Business Development Director ensures the development of the Data Center activity in all countries in which the Group is operating.

Your main assignments are:

- Look for new business opportunities and canvass companies that have plans to set up or expand in the dedicated area in accordance with the Group strategy
- Facilitate and develop networks
- Ensure throughout the sales process (from prospecting and discovering a suspect to closing a deal) the use and updating of the CRM and cross border opportunities with other agencies in Europe
- Set up the sales organization and an action plan that will identify decision makers (corporate, local, developer, user, prescriber, etc.) in order to address them in a relevant way
- Demonstrate ability to provide relevant solutions, in agreement with the project team to meet customer's needs
- Support the project implementation and ensure compliance with contractual commitments (deadlines, price, quality)

Permanent employment contract

The position can be located in Avignon, Paris or Lyon, with a smart working organization and many trips accross Europe

**€ **Salary package : fixed salary paid in 13 instalments, individual bonus, collective premium

You are a Civil Engineer or a Commercial Manager with over 10 years experience in turnkey business.

Very good interpersonal and organizational skills, you are pugnacious.
Fluent in English with very good command in French.
