Job Summary
We are seeking an Event & Communication Executive to join our team in Paris. As an Events & Communication Executive at Kayrros, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing our events and communication strategy.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and own the creation and execution of the events strategy.
- Set a calendar outlining all major events the company participates in during the year and maintain a forecast for all events.
- Identify, evaluate, and submit any industry event relevant to the company.
- Manage event budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI.
- Act as the main contact point between event organizers and Kayrros.
Requirements
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
- English at a native speaking level, French is a plus but not required.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively on a team.
- You are dynamic, curious, eager to learn about the energy industry, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
