We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Methods and Projects to join our Quality Control Department at Axplora. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing the analytical development and validation activity, as well as providing analytical support for new projects.

About the Role

As Manager of Methods and Projects, you will supervise a team of Project Managers and Analytical Studies Managers, manage projects in liaison with customers, chemists from the R&D department, and project managers. You will also be responsible for supervising the development, transfer, and validation of analytical methods, as well as participating in the technological watch of the service.

Requirements

We are looking for a holder of a Bac + 5 in analytical chemistry, supplemented by successful management experience in the field of Analytical Development. You must master the analysis techniques used for the analysis of active pharmaceutical ingredients (HPLC, GC, NMR, MS, etc.). Experience in project management is ideal. You must be dynamic, creative, and concerned about achieving ambitious goals. You must have a sense of priorities, good interpersonal skills, and recognized communication skills. Knowledge of GMP and fluency in English are essential.
