Join Our Team as a Manager of Methods and Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Methods and Projects to join our Quality Control Department at Axplora. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing the analytical development/validation activity and analytical support for new projects.

About the Role

As a Manager of Methods and Projects, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising a team of Project Managers and Analytical Studies Managers
  • Managing projects in liaison with customers, chemists from the R&D department, and project managers
  • Supervising the development, transfer, and validation of analytical methods
  • Participating in the technological watch of the service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bac + 5 in analytical chemistry, supplemented by successful management experience in the analytical development field
  • Master of analysis techniques used for the analysis of active pharmaceutical ingredients (HPLC, GC, NMR, MS, etc.)
  • Experience in project management
  • Dynamic, creative, and concerned about achieving ambitious goals
  • Good interpersonal skills and recognized communication skills
  • Knowledge of GMP and fluency in English
