Position OverviewWe are seeking Security Systems and Integration Engineers to become integral members of our Engineering team at Trustonic. Based in our office, you will be responsible for collaborating with various internal teams to develop and integrate our Security Solution products into customer platforms.
The Security Systems and Integration Engineers play a crucial role in project teams addressing advanced technology challenges, focusing on security services architecture, implementation, and integration into our clients' SoC platforms.
As a Security Systems or Integration Engineer , your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting embedded/system software development, debugging, and testing (including native and low-level C code development, system libraries, kernel drivers, and firmware development).
- Developing and integrating Trustonic Security Products (such as TEE, KeyStore, HSM, TLS extensions) with a primary focus on our TEE Operating System and its integration into various RichOS (Android, Linux, QnX).
- Engaging in platform integration to enable our Security solutions within customer BSP and SoC platforms.
- Participating in internal and/or external system architecture discussions.

Required Experience
- Ideally, a few years of experience in embedded software development.
- Experience in Embedded System development, including:
- Familiarity with Linux development, kernel drivers, and microcontroller firmware.
- Proficiency in C code development.
- Knowledge of embedded software debugging techniques (such as RAM dumps, trace capture and analysis, Lauterbach tools).
- Understanding of standard security solutions.
- Good grasp of cryptographic mechanisms (including signatures, encryption, authentication, digests, and MACs).
- Experience with script-based automated testing suites.
- Broader knowledge of the embedded software and security ecosystem, including Linux Kernel, Android BSP, drivers, DRMs, and firmware, is advantageous.
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of C/C++.
- Experience in system development (including recompiling kernels, flashing boards, and debugging images).
- Familiarity with system security solutions (such as TEE, HSM, SE, TLS, OpenSSL).
- Highly autonomous in technical tasks (capable of independently learning and navigating large external codebases).
Desirable Skills
- Experience with embedded platform manipulation (Android or Linux BSP, microcontrollers).
- Familiarity with Linux build systems (such as Yocto, BuildRoot).
- Experience in low-level system development (including kernel drivers, firmware, RTOS).
- Knowledge of digital rights management (DRMs).
- Proficiency in Python.
Educational Background
- A degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
