Lesaffre is seeking an experienced IT Help-Desk Manager to lead our team of technical support specialists. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our help-desk services, managing a team of 10 members, and driving continuous improvement of our support services.
Key Responsibilities:- People Management (30%): Manage and lead a team of 10 members, including 5 employees and 5 external contractors, to provide IT support to 1,300 users across multiple locations.
- Production and Ticket Management (20%): Oversee hardware production, manage and follow up on software-related tickets, and ensure timely resolution of urgent issues.
- Project Management (20%): Manage and execute projects within the help-desk scope, such as implementing ITSM tools, migrating files to SharePoint, and transitioning to Teams-based phone systems.
- Communication & Event Management (10%): Oversee audio and video equipment management for meeting rooms, manage digital display screens, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- Phones Management (10%): Manage landline telephony, mobile phones, and ensure seamless communication with users.
- Supplier Management (10%): Manage relationships with help-desk service providers, telecom suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of services.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in help-desk management roles.
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Office365 Suite, IT Security, Hardware management, and associated software tools.
- Soft Skills: Leadership, customer-oriented, communication, team player, stress management, and fluency in languages.
