Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement requests, oversee the receipt of goods, and ensure their quality and quantity while addressing any potential discrepancies.
• Coordinate the preparation of orders and shipments, making necessary adjustments as required.
• Supervise outgoing logistics, prepare essential customs documentation, collaborate with transport providers, monitor shipments, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Oversee inventory management and optimize storage solutions within the warehouse.
• Evaluate and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify best practices and areas for enhancement.
• Lead a team while ensuring adherence to QHSE standards.

Qualifications

• A degree in Logistics or Commerce (minimum Bachelor's level).
• Familiarity with customs and transportation regulations.
• Experience with ERP and EDI systems.
• Strong management capabilities.
• Proficiency in English.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
