Position Overview
At CODRA, our engineering division is dedicated to applying information technology within industrial and scientific domains. We oversee the operational integrity of the control-command systems for the Laser Megajoule facility on behalf of CEA. As our project continues to expand, we are looking to strengthen our project management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing the delivery of documentation
- Participating in weekly client meetings and taking detailed minutes
- Documenting client requests that fall within CODRA's service scope
- Conducting weekly reviews of client requests and ensuring internal follow-ups
- Preparing materials for monthly steering committee meetings
- Establishing and regularly updating project performance indicators
- Monitoring and managing client action items
- Tracking the realization of quotes and coordinating internal follow-ups
Qualifications
- Previous experience in IT within an industrial or scientific setting
- Educational background in a technical or scientific discipline
- Strong ability to prioritize and distill large amounts of information
- Detail-oriented and methodical with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Genuine interest in project management
- Proficient in Excel and preferably familiar with MS Project, JIRA, and Tuleap
