Job Title: Sales Manager - Southern France

Delve Search - Global Search Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Southern France region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the region, building strong relationships with key customers and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Analyse market trends, monitor competitor activities, and understand customer needs to adjust sales approaches and maximize growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, product development, and international sales teams, to ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives and revenue targets.
  • Create and implement a targeted sales plan for the South of France to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive growth within the region.
  • Track and analyse market developments, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to refine sales tactics.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities to senior leadership.
