Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at AtriCure. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the cardiac operating and related departments within hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned targets
  • Work closely with the Area Director to implement and execute strategies to achieve corporate sales goals
  • Prospect, qualify, and close direct business sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators and clinicians
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven track record of sales quota achievement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word
