About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Generation Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) team, driving outbound prospecting efforts, and developing strategies to exceed lead generation goals.

Job Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in BDR/SDR management to drive business growth and success. You will work closely with our Sales teams to align on strategies and ensure seamless handoffs. Your ability to inspire and motivate your team will be crucial in achieving and exceeding our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 2-6 BDRs, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure they meet their performance targets
  • Develop and implement effective annual business plans to drive lead generation and revenue growth
  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts, using Hubspot and other marketing automation tools to track and manage opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop targeted campaigns and ensure lead quality and quantity
  • Report on team and individual results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in BDR/SDR management, with a proven track record of driving team performance and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor team members, helping them to improve their skills and performance
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, such as Hubspot, and experience in using data to inform sales strategies

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of €75,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including lunch vouchers, reimbursement of 50% of public transportation costs, and 33 paid vacation days per year
