We're a dynamic startup specializing in influencer marketing for the Gen-Z audience. With expertise in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat, we craft impactful campaigns for music labels and brands.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Partnership Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and partnership management. This role involves identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with brands to enhance our marketing efforts and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat.
- Collaborate with music labels, brands, and influencers to enhance our social media presence.
- Initiate contact and develop relationships with potential brand partners to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Coordinate and manage existing brand partnerships to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate joint campaigns, promotions, and events with brand partners.
- Assist in negotiating partnership agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and meet strategic objectives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of brand partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with the content creation team to produce collaborative marketing materials, such as co-branded videos, ads, and social media posts.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new brand partnerships.

Ideal Profile
We're looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in influencer and campaign management or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of influencer marketing campaigns and strategies, excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and proficiency in project management.
