Job Title: Administrative and Accounting Coordinator

As an Administrative and Accounting Coordinator at SINCLAIR RESSOURCES, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and collaborate within a dedicated team. Your role encompasses a variety of essential functions, including:

  • Financial Management:
    • Processing and documenting intercompany billing
    • Recording expenses related to corporate credit cards
    • Entering payroll information accurately
    • Conducting bank reconciliations and identifying discrepancies
    • Issuing commission invoices and ensuring proper system entry
    • Engaging with suppliers biannually for ledger inquiries and confirmations
    • Overseeing customer refund processes
    • Generating credit notes and maintaining tracking systems
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
    • Monitoring and analyzing showroom sales profit and loss
    • Distributing administrative and financial documents to international branches
    • Coordinating equipment rentals for showroom operations
    • Managing inventory of office supplies
    • Placing orders for necessary supplies and courier services
    • Arranging travel accommodations including trains, hotels, and dining
    • Administering group telephone line orders
    • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
    • Digitizing invoices and various administrative paperwork
    • Assisting in the planning and execution of corporate events

Please note that the responsibilities outlined above are not exhaustive and may evolve according to the needs of the organization.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required for this position. Proficiency in written English is essential.

Salary: €28,000 to €30,000 annually.
