Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Nutropy, a French company pioneering precision fermentation technology. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our fast-growing startup.
Your tasks will include administrative management, fundraising, and communication. You will be part of the preparation of public financing applications and private financing processes. You will also be involved in the internal and external communication strategy of the company.
We are looking for a student from a top-tier business or engineering school or university with previous internship experience, ideally in a consulting firm or scale-up. You should be able to read and write in English and French and speak either English or French fluently. Our laboratory is in Evry, but remote work is possible several days per week. We offer a health insurance supplement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative management: understand how a fast-growing company/startup functions and what admin/accounting tasks come with that.
* Fundraising: be part of the preparation of public financing applications and private financing processes.
* Communication: be involved in the internal and external communication strategy of the company.
