To facilitate PlayPlay's growth and nurture our employees' development, we are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

Fostering and retaining our talent is a key priority for PlayPlay.

As a people-centric organization, we seek an outstanding individual with a comprehensive HR background to collaborate within our People Team.

This position will spearhead HR initiatives and programs, making a significant impact.

You will report directly to our Chief People Officer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop a scalable and effective People Experience across our offices, enhancing the journey of PlayPlayers from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Act as the HR point of contact for our managers, providing support, mentorship, and coaching on all HR-related matters.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of our processes and requirements: Quarterly/Annual Reviews, Career Path, Performance Calibration, Compensation Cycle, Training, etc.
  • As a culture advocate, promote and accelerate a culture of inclusion and excellence where individuals feel engaged, motivated, and inspired.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in enhancing the people function within a high-growth setting.
  • Thorough understanding of HR best practices and employment regulations.
  • Experience in advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in leading HR projects related to compensation, employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset and exceptional communication abilities.
  • Experience in a scale-up environment and international context is advantageous.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required.
