Your Role:

This pivotal regional position involves cultivating relationships and collaborating with business leaders throughout Europe. As one of two Senior HR Business Partners supporting our operations across 13 European nations, this role demands extensive technical knowledge paired with high emotional intelligence. It is designed for an experienced HR professional who is adept at providing data-driven insights and formulating talent strategies that foster the long-term development of our workforce.

Senior People Business Partners engage with the organization in a proactive consultative capacity, identifying talent requirements and critical skill shortages, forecasting and devising plans for organizational development and internal mobility, and spearheading strategic, project-oriented people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an integral partner within a collaborative international Human Resources team, serving as a strong role model and offering coaching and mentorship for professional development to both the business and emerging HR professionals.
  • Deliver exceptional HR support for our Go To Market (GTM) function across Europe.
  • Utilize HR subject matter expertise to formulate, recommend, and implement complex HR programs and policies, blending strategic insight with tactical execution.
  • Provide coaching and support to regional business leaders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and finance partners on workforce and succession planning.
  • Establish key talent metrics and KPIs to assess performance within the organization and proactively identify areas of risk and opportunity.
  • Employ a data-driven approach to analyze trends, inform decisions, and implement actions aimed at enhancing productivity and retention.
  • Adapt organization-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the EMEA region.
  • Support all cyclical programs, including performance evaluations, compensation review processes, and global engagement surveys.
  • Serve as a thought leader and collaborate with our Talent Development team to design development programs for high-potential employees and key talent.
  • Partner with the Total Rewards team to align compensation with competitive market standards.
  • Design and facilitate change management efforts and communication strategies related to HR and other organization-wide initiatives.
  • Assist in employee relations investigations, collaborating with internal and external legal counsel as necessary.
  • Work in conjunction with our People shared services and Centers of Excellence to ensure best practices and a continuous focus on process enhancement.
  • Exercise discretion and judgment to make critical decisions in administering internal policies and controls in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Represent the company in discussions with the French Works Council.
Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven Human Resources leader with a decade of progressive experience in a business partner role, ideally within a global or technology-focused organization.

Education: A university degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in French is essential for collaboration with the French Works Council.
  • Fluent in English, if not a native speaker.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational acumen, capable of building relationships across the organization and quickly understanding organizational dynamics.
  • An objective and trusted advisor, skilled in collaborating with stakeholders during challenging discussions, challenging assumptions, and advising on talent implications.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in organizational design, staffing, learning and development practices, and employment law matters.
  • Ability to synthesize information and insights, frame needs, and deliver consultative or hands-on problem-solving support.
  • Strategic thinker, capable of translating strategies into actionable plans and aligning HR objectives with organizational goals.
  • Agility to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Familiarity with project management principles to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Resilience in coping with change, ambiguity, and risk; able to adapt to the demands of a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A proactive approach to overcoming challenges, inspiring others to maintain high morale and productivity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS (SuccessFactors is a plus), and ATS platforms (iCIMS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude, dedicated not only to resolving issues but also to preventing them in the future.

  • Experience in a global organization.
  • Background in supporting a GTM function and Sales leaders.
  • Familiarity with the SaaS industry and technology sector.
