New Tales is seeking a highly motivated and creative Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative player engagement strategies, managing and growing a strong connection between our gaming community and our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Community Development: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our gaming IPs and brands, and create engaging content to share with our community.
- Social Media Management: Manage and develop our social media channels in collaboration with our Brand and Communication teams, creating content such as blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social media materials.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality content, including written, video, and audio content, to share with our community and promote our gaming IPs.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and report on community feedback and activities, and share reports with our studios and publishing team in an actionable format.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with community members and influencers, and work on selecting and implementing social and community monitoring tools.
- Experience: 3+ years of work experience in digital/social agency, video games, entertainment, or publishing categories, with a proven experience of community development and social media management.
- Skills: Deep knowledge of online social channels and marketing practices, ability to share a creative vision and produce high-quality content, proficiency in video production tools, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion: A passion for gaming and finding yourself in New Tales' core values, a team player focused on quality and comfortable with collaboration across all parts of the business.
- Permanent Contract: A permanent contract with a competitive salary and benefits package.
