Join Our Team as a Head of Account Management

Accor Tech & Digital is the driving force behind Accor's technology, digital business, and transformation. Our 2,000 talented professionals are dedicated to delivering exceptional tech and digital experiences to our guests, hotels, and staff across 110 countries, shaping the future of hospitality.

We are the Digital & Business Factory of the Accor group, where 700 Heartists come together to bring the best of hospitality and the best of tech & digital. Here, we have a fantastic playground for designing and creating digital products and services that generate maximum value for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with Accor Contact Centers and our hotels network, overseeing the entire account management cycle.
  • Enhance account performance by suggesting improvements and coordinating action plans with both the CC Operations team and the properties.
  • Implement an Account Management tool to streamline and enhance the account management process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Hospitality Management.
  • Bilingual in English and French, with another language being a plus.
  • Proven experience in account management or a similar customer-facing role.
