Mission / Role Overview
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring quality by reviewing, approving, and supervising modifications in Quality Assurance Plans provided by suppliers.
- Conducting assessments of current and prospective suppliers through audits to evaluate their performance and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Overseeing action plans aimed at enhancing supplier quality and actively participating in the overall supplier development process.
- Managing non-conformance incidents while ensuring customer safety and adherence to corrective action protocols.
- Implementing initiatives to capitalize on experiences and lessons learned.
- A postgraduate degree is essential.
- Familiarity with QRQC, 8D, P&D, FMEA, 5M, ISO, and OHSAS methodologies.
- Previous experience in conducting audits is necessary.
In addition to technical expertise, the following interpersonal skills are crucial:
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel as required.
