We are looking for a Quality Leadership Specialist to join our team at INOVELYA.
The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of the 10 Industrialization quality fundamentals, providing guidance and training to the project team on methods and tools necessary to achieve robustness, capability, and effective quality risk management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance and training to the project team on methods and tools necessary to achieve robustness, capability, and effective quality risk management
- Identifying and reporting quality risks to project management
- Leading problem-solving efforts within the OLM to address escalated quality issues
- Facilitating the transfer of quality documentation to the plant responsible for parts and processes
- Managing Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) and Critical-to-Process (CTP) parameters from acquisition to control phases
Requirements include a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent, minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Leadership or related roles within the manufacturing industry, and strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools.
