Join Our Team as a Category Manager

As a Category Manager, you'll have the opportunity to join our dynamic and creative team in Paris and make a real impact in a startup environment.

You'll develop a deep understanding of how your category serves our customers, identify commercial opportunities, and establish strong relationships with suppliers. You'll also be responsible for optimizing our product range, quality, and profitability, while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Gain a comprehensive understanding of your category by combining data insights, customer interviews, and supplier contributions.
  2. Establish direct sourcing for our Private Grocery Categories (PGCs) and negotiate contracts with multiple suppliers.
  3. Maximize your category's potential by resolving daily issues and continuously aligning with suppliers.
  4. Develop clear negotiation strategies to ensure competitive conditions with our suppliers.
  5. Pursue initiatives to innovate and improve our services.
Requirements:
  1. You hold a Master's degree with experience in analytical problem-solving.
  2. 3-6 years of experience as a Buyer or Category Manager in a similar industry.
  3. You're fluent in French and English.
  4. You're passionate about food and/or consumer products.
  5. You possess strong commercial acumen, with a keen sense of opportunities and the best offers.
  6. You have excellent communication and partnership management skills.
