Key Responsibilities:
- Support internal departments in their contractual relationships with clients and suppliers
- Analyze contract risks and opportunities
- Communicate with internal and external partners on identified risks
- Manage sensitive contractual correspondence
- Assist with litigation management
Additional Responsibilities:
- Involved in day-to-day legal tasks and obligations of the company
- Ensure compliance and provide support to various teams
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Contract Law or Business Law
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a legal role within an industrial setting
- B2 level of English proficiency
