Job Description

As a Technico-Commercial Specialist for Exterior Finishing Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and dynamizing sales on your territory in accordance with the commercial objectives defined by the management.

You will analyze the needs and expectations of your clients to advise and sell them the most suitable products and services to ensure their loyalty.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, sales revenue, and profitability of your geographic sector.
  • Take over an active portfolio of clients (carpenters, installers, applicators, distributors) and present yourself as the new privileged interlocutor.
  • Maintain close relationships with major public and private order-givers.
  • Meet with end-users (hospitals, EHPAD, clinics, local and territorial authorities,...) and identify the right technical and commercial contacts.
  • Identify potential business opportunities as early as possible and conduct a prescription in advance to be referenced in the context of tender calls.
  • Work closely with the commercial teams.
Requirements
  • Hold a Bac+2/4 degree from a business school.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the second-wood construction environment.
  • Autonomy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organization.
  • Ability to negotiate.
  • Ability to work in a team.

The position is full-time and permanent.

The sector consists of the following departments: 79/86/87/23/03/19/63/15/43.

The salary will be based on your profile and expertise.
