About the Role
ADMR is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Auxiliaire de Vie Sociale to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals in your community.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid individuals with essential daily tasks, such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment by performing household tasks and managing personal belongings.
- Support individuals in maintaining their social connections through activities, outings, and administrative tasks.
- Monitor and report on the individual's progress, providing guidance and encouragement as needed.
Requirements
- Hold a Diplôme d'Etat d'Auxiliaire de Vie Sociale (DEAVS) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in social care or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license is required.
