Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of cleaning professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee daily cleaning activities, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to protect both staff and patients.
- Manage site operations efficiently, including scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory control.
- Collaborate with hospital management to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Possess a CAP or Bac pro in hygiene/cleaning or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate prior experience in a similar supervisory role within the healthcare sector is preferred.
