E-Retail Content Senior Manager

Coty is seeking a highly skilled E-Retail Content Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing e-retail content strategies that drive sales and improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain e-retail content guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for content optimization and improvement.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform content strategies and identify trends.
- Work closely with the Global Brand team to ensure alignment and consistency in content messaging.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to inform future content decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including e-retail teams and content creators.
- Proven experience in e-retail content management and strategy development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Fluency in English and French, with ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
