Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability
- Deploy and monitor commercial policies to ensure brand premiumization and customer excellence
- Pilot budgets and ensure effective resource allocation
- Establish and maintain operational standards across retail locations
- Manage and develop Area Managers and Branch Planners
The role is based in Paris, with frequent travel to France and the PVH South West Hub. You'll work closely with the VP Retail South West Hub and collaborate with teams across the organization.
Requirements:- 7-8 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
