Accommodation Operations Specialist
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Operations Specialist to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our night shift team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during evening and overnight hours.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support the Night Manager and Front Office Manager in the efficient operation of the hotel
* Cross-check and balance work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift
* Prepare reports reflecting trading results of the property on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
* Take and prepare room service orders
* Effectively handle guest complaints and escalate as required
* Be available at all times for guest queries
* Ensure the hotel is operating efficiently and according to hotel policy
* Participate in workplace consultation on matters pertaining to WHS
**Requirements**
* Be adaptable to all tasks and enjoy a variety in your workload such as reception and concierge duties, financial reporting, room service, cleaning, and maintenance responsibilities
* Hold an RSA competency card
* Hold an Australian Driver's Licence, manual driving skills preferred (but not essential)
* Be able to work night shifts (pm – 07:30am) across a rotating roster including weekend work and public holidays
* Be enthusiastic, with the willingness to connect with guests and to hear their story
* Be an energetic, team-focused, and CAN DO attitude
* Be well-groomed with exceptional communication skills
* Be well-versed with computer literacy – Excel and Opera experience preferred
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Hold unlimited work rights in Australia
